SelenoMethionine Medium Complete
MD12-500

Based on a synthetic M9 minimal media supplemented with glucose, vitamins and amino acids with the exception of L-methionine.

Contains one of each of Base medium (500g), nutrient mix (120g) , 250 X Selenomethionine (16mL @ 10mg/mL) and 250 X methionine (16mL).

You have enough base medium and nutrient mix to make 22L of media. 250 X Selenomethionine and 250 X methionine give you 4L.

This product is shipped on ice. Freeze upon arrival.

Glucose-Free SelenoMethionine Medium Complete
MD12-500-GF

Based on a synthetic M9 glucose-free minimal media supplemented with vitamins and amino acids with the exception of L-methionine.
Can be used with Novagen’s Overnight Express™ Autoinduction System I.

Contains one of each of Base medium (500g), glucose-free nutrient mix (25g) , 250 X Selenomethionine (16mL @ 10mg/mL) and 250 X methionine.

Approximately 21.6g of base medium and 1.1g of Glucose-free Nutrient Mix is needed per L.
